Caprese Skewers

These are my go-to recipes for any shower, potluck, birthday party!

Popular baby shower appetizer recipes that are sure to delight your guests:

1. Caprese Skewers:
- Ingredients: Cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella balls, fresh basil leaves, balsamic glaze.
- Instructions: Thread cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil leaves onto small skewers. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.


2. Stuffed Mushrooms:
- Ingredients: Button mushrooms, cream cheese, garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, parmesan.
- Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Clean and remove stems from mushrooms. Mix cream cheese, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, and grated parmesan. Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture and bake for 20 minutes.

3. Mini Quiches:
- Ingredients: Puff pastry, eggs, cream, cheese, spinach, mushrooms, ham.
- Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut puff pastry into small circles and press into a mini muffin tin. Whisk together eggs, cream, cheese, and your choice of fillings (spinach, mushrooms, ham). Pour mixture into pastry cups and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and set.

4. Spinach Artichoke Dip:
- Ingredients: Spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, parmesan, mozzarella.
- Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix together chopped spinach, diced artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, grated parmesan, and shredded mozzarella. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

5. Shrimp Cocktail:
- Ingredients: Large shrimp, cocktail sauce, lemon wedges.
- Instructions: Boil shrimp until pink and opaque, then chill in ice water. Serve with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges on a platter.
