2. Bruschetta:
- Ingredients: Baguette, tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper.
- Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette and toast in the oven until golden. Mix diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Spoon the mixture onto the toasted baguette slices and serve.
3. Chicken Salad Crostini:
- Ingredients: Baguette, cooked chicken breast, mayonnaise, celery, grapes, almonds, salt, pepper.
- Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette and toast in the oven until golden. Mix diced cooked chicken, mayonnaise, chopped celery, halved grapes, and sliced almonds. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon the chicken salad onto the toasted baguette slices and serve.
4. Pigs in a Blanket:
- Ingredients: Mini sausages, puff pastry, egg wash.
- Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut puff pastry into strips and wrap around mini sausages. Place on a baking sheet and brush with egg wash. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
5. Fruit and Cheese Kabobs:
- Ingredients: Various fresh fruits (strawberries, grapes, pineapple, etc.), cheese cubes (cheddar, mozzarella, etc.).
- Instructions: Cut fruit into bite-sized pieces. Thread fruit and cheese cubes onto small skewers, alternating between fruit and cheese. Arrange on a platter and serve.
"Creating my baby registry used to feel so overwhelming — there are so many choices, and I wasn’t sure where to start. But Amazon’s Baby Registry made everything so easy! I loved that I could add items from any website, and the universal registry feature made it super simple. Plus, the completion discount was a lifesaver for those last-minute additions. It was so reassuring knowing that I could return items if needed. It really took the stress out of the whole process! - And you get a New Baby Welcome Box, which was amazing!" - Lynn, new mom from Atlanta
